Common use of Oversight Committee Duties Clause in Contracts

Oversight Committee Duties. The Oversight Committee shall be responsible for the following: (a) designing and implementing programs to encourage and improve cooperation between Shire and Impax with respect to maximizing sales of the Shire Product; (b) reviewing the implementation of the Call Plan (developed by Shire) and the associated call frequency; and (c) such other matters as the Parties agree from time to time.
