Common use of Oversight of Franchise Clause in Contracts

Oversight of Franchise. In accordance with applicable law, the Franchise Authority shall have the right to, at its sole cost and expense and upon reasonable prior written notice and in the presence of Franchisee’s employee, periodically inspect the construction and maintenance of the Cable System in the Franchise Area as necessary to monitor Franchisee’s compliance with the provisions of this Franchise Agreement.

Oversight of Franchise. In accordance with applicable law, the Franchise Franchising Authority shall have the right toto oversee, at its sole cost and expense and upon regulate and, on reasonable prior written notice and in the presence of Franchisee’s employee, periodically inspect the construction construction, operation and maintenance of the Cable System in the Franchise Area Area, and all parts thereof, as necessary to monitor Franchisee’s compliance with the provisions of this Franchise Agreement.
