Term of Franchise. The term of the Franchise granted hereunder shall be ten (10) years from the Effective Date, unless the Franchise is renewed or is lawfully terminated in accordance with the terms of this Franchise Agreement and/or applicable law. From and after the Effective Date of this Franchise Agreement, the Parties acknowledge that this Franchise Agreement is intended to be the sole and exclusive Franchise Agreement between the Parties pertaining to the Grantee’s Franchise for the provision of Cable Service.

Term of Franchise. ‌ The term of the Franchise granted hereunder shall be ten (10) years, commencing upon the Effective Date of the Franchise, unless the Franchise is renewed or is lawfully terminated in accordance with the terms of this Franchise and the Cable Act, or is extended by mutual agreement of the Town and Grantee.
Term of Franchise. Subject to section 18 of this Agreement, the term of the Non-Exclusive Franchise granted to Franchisee will be from, January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, inclusive (“Initial Term”). The City’s Director of Environmental Services may, in the Director’s discretion, extend the term of this Agreement for up to three (3) one-year increments (“Additional Term”).
