Oversight of Governance Policies. 5.4.1 The Board shall cause the CFO to submit to the Board a shortlist of suitably qualified and competent candidates for the appointment of a person who is knowledgeable regarding the implementation and operation of the Governance Policies (the “Compliance Officer”). 5.4.2 The Compliance Officer shall have the duties and responsibilities set out in part C of schedule 4.
