Oversight of K12. The School shall be responsible for monitoring K12’s performance under, and compliance with, the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Law. The School shall also be responsible for overseeing and managing the Program's quality, operational and financial performance and for relations with the Charter Authorizer. K12 shall reasonably cooperate with such monitoring and oversight.
