  • Public Posting & Certified Payroll Records In compliance with Article 8, Section 220 of the New York State Labor Law:

  • DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Deliverables shall be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions.
