OVERTIME AND SPECIAL TIME. 5.3.1 All time worked beyond the ordinary time of work as prescribed in clause 5.1 (Hours of work) of this Agreement will be paid for at the rate of one and a-half times ordinary rates for the first 2 hours and at Double Time thereafter.
