Overtime Meal Breaks. A. In addition to regular scheduled breaks, employees will be provided a one–half (½) hour unpaid meal break after eleven (11) continuous hours of work. B. After sixteen (16) continuous hours worked, a paid one (1) hour meal break will be provided. After 21 continuous hours worked, an additional one–half (½) hour paid meal break will be provided. C. The break is earned at the completion of the 16th and 21st continuous hours worked.

Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee called out to work overtime shall be eligible for one-half (½) hour meal break without loss of pay after four (4) consecutive hours of overtime work, provided that overtime work is to continue and at intervals of four (4) consecutive hours following the completion of the previous meal break, provided that overtime is to continue.
Overtime Meal Breaks. 24.6.1 No Employee shall be required to work for more than four (4) hours overtime continuously without a twenty (20) minute paid meal break on a weekend or public holiday. 24.6.2 If an Employee is required to work two (2) hours or more overtime on a weekday, the Employee, before starting such overtime (after working their nominal hours) shall be allowed a meal break of twenty (20) minutes which shall be paid for at basic periodic rates of pay. 24.6.3 The Employer and Employee may agree to any variation on this provision to meet the circumstances of the work in hand, provided that the Employer shall not be required to make any payment in respect of any time allowed in excess of twenty (20) minutes.
Overtime Meal Breaks. When an employee works beyond ten (10) hours per day, they shall be entitled to a meal break and meal supplied by the Company. The meal break will be provided after ten (10) hours of work and subsequent meal breaks each four (4) hours thereafter. However, it will be the prerogative of the Company in conjunction with the Job Xxxxxxx to arrange meal breaks for efficiency and convenience of the job.
Overtime Meal Breaks. Section 3.1 The intent of this Article is to provide the employee an opportunity for nourishment. a. In the circumstances described in the following sections of this Article, an employee working overtime will be paid for the time taken for meals. Mealtime, including any necessary travel time, will be kept to a minimum until the work is completed. At the discretion of the job supervisor/xxxxxxx/team lead, the crews may be required to eat in shifts, one employee may be sent to bring meals to the crew, or meals may be delivered to the crew by other personnel. b. Employees not customarily afforded a formal meal break shall, where practical, be afforded an opportunity to eat while on duty. c. Any meal break missed under this Article shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate at ½ hour per missed meal.

(c) As to when the paid or unpaid meal breaks will be taken is a matter of agreement between the employees and their supervisor. (d) For the purposes of (a) to (c), hours worked will not include any half hour meal breaks taken.

In the event overtime continues, such an Employee shall become eligible for further meal breaks without loss of pay at intervals of four (4) consecutive hours following the completion of the previous meal break, provided that overtime is to continue. Regardlessof the time of the initialmeal break, for the purpose of this Clause, it shall be deemed to have been taken after the completion of two (2) hours of such overtime work. Suitable paid break periods will be provided for Employees working overtime at the discretion of the Supervisor. Such discretion shall be exercised in a reasonable manner giving due regardto the nature and progress work being done. An Employee shall be paid a nine dollar ($9.00) meal allowancefor each meal break that he is entitled to under this Article.

Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee working overtime on a non-continuous shift operation shall take an eighteen (18) minute paid meal break at the end of her/his regular shift when the overtime period immediately follows the employee’s regular scheduled hours of work provided that the overtime period is to exceed one (1) hour in duration. An employee working overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or on a regularly scheduled day off, shall take an eighteen (18) minute paid meal break after each five (5) hour overtime period or may schedule, with the permission of the supervisor, the meal break at the midpoint of the overtime period provided that the overtime period does not exceed ten (10) hours in duration.
Overtime Meal Breaks. Any employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib break of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked, but this provision shall not prevent any agreed arrangement being made for the taking of a longer meal interval without pay.
