Overtime Rates Will be Paid As Follows. A. Time and one-half (1-1/2) will be paid for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period; all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week for which overtime has not already been earned. B. Time and one-half (1-1/2) will be paid for all hours worked on Saturday, provided the employee has worked or been paid for forty (40) hours in the current work week. C. Double time (2X) will be paid for all hours worked on Sunday, provided the employee has worked or been paid for forty (40) hours in the current work week. D. No employee will be required to take time off from their normal work schedule during the week in place of receiving any overtime compensation for any overtime hours worked.
