Overtime Requirement Sample Clauses
Overtime Requirement. It is recognized that circumstances arise from time to time that necessitate overtime work. No employee will be required to work such overtime when other qualified employees are willing and available to undertake the work. Where an employee is required to work overtime, all reasonable efforts will be made with regard to the extent and schedule of the required overtime to accommodate the wishes of the employee.
Overtime Requirement. The Employer will not compel an employee to work overtime if another qualified employee is available and willing to work that overtime.
