Overtime; Time Records; Personal Responsibilities. Time trades will not subject the department to additional overtime. The time sheets for the member who works the time trade will not reflect that those hours were worked, since the trade time and payback remain a personal matter between the trading members, and are not subject to formal record-keeping by the City. Records of trades and times owed are to be kept by the members making the trade. The City will not be responsible for ensuring that trade times are paid back.
