OVERTIME / TOIL / RDOs. It is agreed and undertaken by the Council that refusal to work unreasonable extra hours is the right of each and every employee under this Agreement and that no employee shall suffer any disadvantage, disciplinary action or recrimination arising from the exercise of this right. However, both parties accept that from time to time, there shall be a reasonable expectation on behalf of the council for additional hours to be worked.
