Common use of Owner Access Clause in Contracts

Owner Access. (a) Subject to Section 17.1(b) but without limiting any of Owner’s rights in respect of the Site, Project Co acknowledges and agrees that Owner, the Owner Parties and Lender’s Consultant shall have unrestricted access to the Site, the Facility and any workshop where materials, plant or equipment are being manufactured, prepared or stored, at all reasonable times, during normal working hours. Project Co shall provide sufficient, safe and proper facilities at all times for the review of the Work by the Consultant and the inspection of the Work by authorized agencies. If parts of the Work are in preparation at locations other then the Site, Owner and the Consultant, Owner’s Project Manager and Lender’s Consultant shall be given access to such Work wherever it is in progress upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours.
