OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT. The Owner shall at its own risk, cost and expense, supply and deliver to the Contractor all OFE at the warehouse or other storage of the Yard in proper condition ready for installation in or on the Vessel, in accordance with the time schedule stated in Appendix 4 hereto or such other time schedule as may be mutually agreed between the Parties.
