DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION Lessee shall be responsible for payment of all transportation, packing, installation, testing and other charges associated with the delivery, installation or use of any Equipment which are not included in the Agreement with respect to such Equipment.
Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.
Construction Warranty At the Closing, Seller shall assign to Buyer all construction warranties with respect to the Hotel, which assignment shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, including a warranty by the Contractor, for the period ending not sooner than one (1) year after the date the Hotel is Substantially Completed, in the form of the warranty attached hereto as Exhibit H (the “Construction Warranty”).
Leased Equipment Schedule 3.16(e) hereto contains a list of all leases or other agreements, whether written or oral, under which the Corporation is lessee of or holds or operates any items of machinery, equipment, tools, motor vehicles, furniture and fixtures or other property (other than real property) owned by any third party (collectively, the "Leased Equipment").
Designated Equipment; Designated Locations The System and the Data Access Services shall be used and accessed solely on and through the Designated Configuration at the offices of the Fund or the Fund Accountants in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“Designated Locations”).

Inspection of Premises At all reasonable times Agent and each Lender shall have full access to and the right to audit, check, inspect and make abstracts and copies from each Borrower’s books, records, audits, correspondence and all other papers relating to the Collateral and the operation of each Borrower’s business. Agent, any Lender and their agents may enter upon any premises of any Borrower at any time during business hours and at any other reasonable time, and from time to time, for the purpose of inspecting the Collateral and any and all records pertaining thereto and the operation of such Borrower’s business.
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF COLLATERAL Grantor shall maintain all tangible Collateral in good condition and repair. Grantor will not commit or permit damage to or destruction of the Collateral or any part of the Collateral. Lender and its designated representatives and agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to examine, inspect, and audit the Collateral wherever located. Grantor shall immediately notify Lender of all cases involving the return, rejection, repossession, loss or damage of or to any Collateral; of any request for credit or adjustment or of any other dispute arising with respect to the Collateral; and generally of all happenings and events affecting the Collateral or the value or the amount of the Collateral.
Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
Additional Equipment RX agrees to install and/or supply additional Equipment, as determined by mutual agreement of the parties, at no additional cost to Six Flags.
