Owner must Give Notice to the Association. At least ten (10) days before any Transfer, the Owner must notify the Association in writing of the Transfer. The notice must give: (i) name and address of the New Owner; (ii) date of Transfer; (iii) copy of Transfer; (iv) Interval Identification Number; and (v) Transfer Agreement executed by the New Owner. The Association’s consent to the Transfer will not be given and the Transfer will not be recognized if all elements of the notice are not provided.
