Owner of Residential. Unit with open kitchen to observe the Fire Safety Management Plan The Owner(s) of the relevant Residential Unit with open kitchen shall at his own costs and expenses observe and comply with the Fire Safety Management Plan in particular the fire safety provisions set out in the Fifth Schedule, and any guideline or direction to be issued or given by the Manager from time to time relating to the implementation of the Fire Safety Management Plan and shall cause his tenants and other occupants of his Residential Unit to observe and comply with the same.
