Owner Operator Equipment. (a) It shall be the duty and the responsibility of the Owner Operators to maintain their vehicles in a safe operating condition, in accordance with the Department of Transport Regulations. (b) It shall be the duty of the Owner Operator to maintain their equipment in a clean and presentable fashion.
