Common use of Owner Operator Remuneration and Business Agreement Clause in Contracts

Owner Operator Remuneration and Business Agreement. 20.13.1 The basis for the contractual payments for the services of each Owner-Operator and his equipment shall be contained in the Owner-Operator’s contract and is an arrangement between each individual Owner-Operator and the Company. If there is any conflict between the terms of the business contract and the Collective Agreement, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall govern. 20.13.2 Copies of all executed Owner-Operator business contracts will be provided to the Union within 10 calendar days following the signing of said contracts 20.13.3 Any pay shortages over $25.00 will be paid within three working days of the Owner Operator reporting the shortage to his/her immediate supervisor. The penalty for failing to pay the Owner Operator the shortage over $25.00 within three working days will be $10.00 per working day thereafter, until such shortage is paid
