Owner Operator Remuneration and Business Agreement. 20.13.1 The basis for the contractual payments for the services of each Owner-Operator and his equipment shall be contained in the Owner-Operator’s contract and is an arrangement between each individual Owner-Operator and the Company. If there is any conflict between the terms of the business contract and the Collective Agreement, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall govern.
