Common use of Owner Right to Clean Up Clause in Contracts

Owner Right to Clean Up. If for any reason, Construction Manager or any Subcontractor fails to completely clean up and remove its waste materials, rubbish and other materials at the Project Site to a level acceptable to the Owner, Owner may do so and the cost thereof will be charged to Construction Manager, through a deduction from the final pay application.
