OWNER'S ACTION. ON AN APPROVED REQUEST FOR PAYMENT: Within fourteen days from the date of approval of a request for payment by the Engineer, the owner shall: a) Approve the request for payment to be mailed on the third Wednesday of the month following the Contractor’s request for payment. b) Approve to pay such other amount in accordance with Paragraph 2.
