Common use of Owner’s Affidavits Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Affidavits. If required by the Title Insurance Company in order to deliver title insurance required pursuant to Section 12(a)(ii), owner’s affidavits from each of the Acquired Companies in the forms as is reasonably required by the Title Insurance Company, and reasonably acceptable to Seller, for each jurisdiction in which the respective Parcels are located. In no event shall any individual be required to execute an owner’s affidavit in his/her individual capacity or have personal liability under any owner’s affidavits.

Owner’s Affidavits. If required by the Title Insurance Company in order to deliver title insurance required pursuant to Section 12(a)(ii12(a)(iv), owner’s affidavits from each of the Acquired Companies Fee Owners in the forms as is reasonably required by the Title Insurance Company, Company and reasonably acceptable to SellerSellers, for each jurisdiction in which the respective Parcels are located. In no event shall any individual be required to execute an owner’s affidavit in his/her individual capacity or have personal liability under any owner’s affidavits.

Owner’s Affidavits. If required by the Title Insurance Company in order to deliver title insurance required pursuant to Section 12(a)(ii12(a)(iv), owner’s affidavits affidavit from each of the Acquired Companies Seller in the forms form as is reasonably required by the Title Insurance Company, Company and reasonably acceptable to Seller, for each jurisdiction in which the respective Parcels are locatedlocated (the “Title Affidavit”). In no event shall any individual be required to execute an owner’s affidavit in his/her individual capacity or have personal liability under any owner’s affidavits.
