The Contractor shall obtain a separate Owners/Contractors Protective Liability (OCP) Policy written on a project basis for the benefit of the Authority, its officers, agents, and employees, and the People of the State of New York, with respect to all operations under this Agreement by the Contractor or its subcontractors, including in such coverage any omissions and supervisory acts of the Authority, its officers, agents, and employees.
