OWNER’S INSTRUCTIONS Sample Clauses
The "Owner’s Instructions" clause defines the process by which the owner of a project or property provides directions or requirements to the contractor or service provider. Typically, this clause outlines how instructions must be communicated—such as in writing or through designated representatives—and may specify the scope of instructions that can be given, including limitations to prevent changes outside the contract’s terms. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties clearly understand how instructions are to be issued and followed, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes during the execution of the contract.
