Owner's Insurance Primary Coverage. As between any insurance ---------------------------------- carried by the Owner pursuant to this Article 10 and any insurance carried by the Manager, the Owner's insurance shall for all purposes be considered the primary coverage, and no claim shall be made under or with respect to any insurance maintained by the Manager except in the event that the Owner's entire insurance is exhausted (without regard to whether the actual amount of the Owner's insurance exceeds the amounts specified in this Article 10).
