Owner’s Limited. License Upon Owner’s Termination for Convenience or Design-Builder’s Election to Terminate. If Owner terminates the Project for its convenience as set forth in Section 15.3 hereof, or if Design-Builder elects to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 15.5, Design-Builder shall, upon Owner’s payment in full of the amounts due Design-Builder under this Agreement, grant Owner a limited license to use the Work Product to complete the Plant and subsequently occupy and repair the Plant, subject to the following:

Owner’s Limited. License upon Owner’s Termination for Convenience or Design-Builder’s Election to Terminate.
