Section 15.5. 2 Any employee required to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for room and 3 board expenditures in accordance with Section 12.2.
Section 15.5. 12 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution of an 13 agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.
Section 15.5. 23 For secretaries, when a permanent employee is transferred to a position in a higher grade, the employee 24 shall be entitled to the same step as the previous position When a permanent employee is transferred to a 25 position paid a lesser rate than the employee is receiving, the employee will be placed in the new 26 classification at the salary which will give the employee the smallest reduction in pay.

Section 15.5. 40 If any of the above Steps extends into the summer vacation period, either party may request in writing 41 that the timeline be suspended until the end of the vacation period. Such request will be granted.
Section 15.5. 36 The District will pay employees at their regular rate of pay when the District requires them to take First 37 Aid Training.
Section 15.5. 16 The decision of the Arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction should either party 17 fail to implement the decision. If a motion to vacate the Arbitrator's decision is entered in a court of 18 competent jurisdiction, and the initiating party does not prevail in the litigation, such party shall bear the 19 full costs of such action including, but not limited to, the adverse party's court costs, legal fees and other 20 related expenses incurred as a result of defending such action.
Section 15.5. 23 In the event either of the two previous sections is determined to apply to any provision of this 24 Agreement, such provision shall be renegotiated pursuant to Section 15.3.
Section 15.5. 33 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall require Association membership of employees who object to 34 such membership based on bona fide religious tenets or teachings of a church or religious body of which 35 such employee is a member.
