Owner’s manager. Owner shall appoint a single representative to act as its manager and as the coordinator of this Agreement on Owner’s behalf (the “Owner’s Manager”). The Owner’s Manager shall act as the liaison for Owner’s communications with Supplier. The Owner’s Manager shall coordinate all activities of Owner, including reporting activities, communication activities, and insurance procurement and administration. Only those directives issued in writing by the Owner’s Manager that do not amend or modify any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon Owner, it being expressly agreed by Supplier that no oral communications by the Owner’s Manager nor any written communications by the Owner’s Manager that would amend or modify any provision of this Agreement shall be binding upon Owner.
