Common use of Owner’s Project Manager Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Project Manager. Owner’s Project Manager shall mean the project manager either internal to the Owner or appointed by the Owner to assist the Owner in the implementation of the Project.

Owner’s Project Manager. The individual employee or agent of Owner designated by Owner from time to time as Owner’s Project Manager shall mean the project manager either internal to the Owner or appointed by the Owner to assist the Owner primary representative in the implementation of connection with the Project.
