Common use of Owner’s Requirements Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Requirements. 2.3.1 The Owner shall provide to the A/E full information regarding the Owner’s requirements for the Project including the Program of Requirements, design and construction standards, and work rules, which shall set forth the Owner’s use, design, time, and financial objectives, constraints and criteria, including space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, time constraints imposed by fiscal and budgetary considerations, special equipment, and systems and Site requirements.
