Common use of Owner’s Review of Claim & Finality of Decision Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Review of Claim & Finality of Decision. To assist in the review of any Claim, Design-Builder shall provide any additional information requested by Owner. Design-Builder shall proceed with performance of the Work pending final resolution of any Claim in accordance with Section 8.8. Owner’s written decision on a Claim shall be final and conclusive as to all matters set forth in the Claim, unless Design-Builder follows the procedures set forth in Section 11.3.
