Owner's Right to Complete Terminated Services. Upon termination pursuant to this Agreement, the Owner may take over the Services and perform the Services to completion by agreement with another party or otherwise. In doing so, the Owner shall not waive its right to pursue any remedy that it may have against the Consultant arising out of the Consultant's performance hereunder.
