OWNER'S RIGHT TO CURE TENANT'S DEFAULT. If Tenant shall default in the observance or performance of any term, covenant or condition of this Lease on Tenant's part to be observed or performed, Owner, at any time thereafter and without notice, may remedy such default for Tenant's account and at Tenant's expense, without thereby waiving any other rights or remedies of Owner with respect to such default.
