Owner’s Right to Order Changes. The Owner, without invalidating the Agreement, may unilaterally order Changes in the Project within the general scope of the Contract, consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions. All changes in the Project, which adjust the Fixed Contract Price or the Contract Time, shall be authorized only by Change Order and Design/Builder specifically recognizes and acknowledges that methods available for adjustments to the Fixed Contract Price set forth in Paragraph 15.3.
