Owner's Right To Order Uncovering Of Any Work. If any of the Work is covered, concealed or obscured in a manner not inconsistent with Section 18.1 above, it shall, if required by Owner, be uncovered for inspection. If such Work conforms strictly with the Contract, the cost of uncovering and proper replacement shall by Change Order be charged to Owner. If such Work does not strictly conform with the Contract, Design/Builder shall pay the cost of uncovering and proper replacement.
