Owner’s Use Of And Access To The Site. The General Contractor shall perform the Work so as not to interrupt any operations of the Owner on the Site. 3.10.1 The General Contractor understands and acknowledges that the Owner may need access to or use of certain areas of the Site or Work prior to the General Contractor’s achievement of Substantial Completion, and that such occupancy, access or use shall not constitute the Owner's acceptance of any Work. 3.10.2 The General Contractor shall not enter any Owner-occupied area of the Site or Project unless first approved and scheduled by the Owner.
