Common use of OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF BOTTLER Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF BOTTLER. 16.1. Bottler hereby acknowledges the personal nature of Bottler’s obligations under this Agreement, including with respect to the performance standards applicable to Bottler, the dependence of the Trademarks on proper quality control, and the confidentiality required for protection of Company’s trade secrets and confidential information.
