Common use of Ownership and Control Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Control. The Performance Guarantor shall continue to own, directly or indirectly, 100% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock and other equity interests of the Servicer, each Originator and the Borrower. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Performance Guarantor shall not permit the occurrence of any Change in Control.

Ownership and Control. The Performance Guarantor shall continue to own, directly or indirectly, 100% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock and other equity interests of each Originator, the Servicer, each Originator Servicer and the Borrower. The Performance Guarantor shall continue to own, directly or indirectly, 100% of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock of each Originator, the Servicer and other equity interests the Borrower. The Performance Guarantor shall cause Foresight to own directly 100% of the Servicer, each Originator issued and outstanding Capital Stock of the Borrower. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Performance Guarantor shall not permit the occurrence of any Change in Control.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Performance Guarantor shall not permit the occurrence of any Change in Control.
