Ownership and monitoring of use. The hardware and software associated with the Internet and e-mail systems are company property, as are any messages sent or received or records stored by these systems. FMC reserves the right to monitor the content of messages sent and received by employees and to review records of Web sites visited by employees. Employees have no expectation of, or right to, privacy in their use of the Internet or e-mail systems at FMC.
