Forbidden Uses. Employees may not use the Internet or e-mail systems for personal business purposes; to solicit funds or support for any commercial, political, religious, or charitable cause; or to express their views on these or other subjects.

5.2. It is forbidden to use the Works, inclusive of as part of Projects, in context of violence, or encouragement of violence, pornography and abomination, racism, hate and discrimination against any person or based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, community or nationality, threats, hurting the helpless, violating privacy, slander and any other insulting contents. The Site reserves its full right to determine at its discretion whether a use of a Work constitutes a violation of this article and you hereby undertake to accept the Site's decision in this matter.
5.3. It is forbidden to use the Works in any manner contrary to court orders and/or which was forbidden by the provisions of any law.
5.4. It is forbidden to use the Site or the Works in a manner which might damage, block, cause an overload or harm the Site, the communication networks and any communication equipment, or to interrupt any other body's use of the Site. You are not entitled to try and obtain unauthorized access to the Site, the contents, other people's accounts or computer systems or to networks connected to the Site by any means whatsoever.
5.5. It is known to you that the Site might demand that you immediately cease using any of the Works in case the Site receives a notice according to which the Work might be violating any third party rights. To the extent you are notified by the Site that it is forbidden to use any of the Works, you hereby undertake to cease using same and to take all the actions required in order to make anyone on your behalf cease the use mentioned.

In no event shall the Premises be used for any purpose that is not permissible under Part 18 or, even if so permissible, may be dangerous to life, limb, property or public health; that constitutes or results in waste or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, the introduction of signage or the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that could disturb Reserve visitors outside the Premises);that in any manner causes or results in a nuisance; that is of a nature that it involves substantial hazard, such as the manufacture or use of explosives, chemicals or products that may explode, or that otherwise xxxxx the health or welfare of Reserve resources and/or visitors; or that results in any discharge of Hazardous Materials in, on or under the Premises. Lessee may neither authorize nor host activities that require a National Park Service Special Use Permit, such as organized events or filming activities, upon the Premises without Lessor’s prior written approval. Hunting is not permitted on the property.

Forbidden Uses. The End-User recognizes and agrees that the PRODUCT is and shall remain the property of CG Satellite and/or its license, and contains proprietary information of CG Satellite and thus is provided to the End-User on a confidential basis. The End-User shall not, and shall guarantee that any contractor or consultant engaged as per the provisions of Article 2.1(e) or any AFFILIATED End-User does not:
(a) sell, rent or lease any PRODUCT or VAP;
(b) alter or remove any copyright notice on the PRODUCT;
(c) do anything not expressly permitted under Article 2.1.
Forbidden Uses. Customer shall not (and shall not permit third parties to):
(a) use (except as necessary to perform under Section 2.1(b)) or distribute the Product in any way except as part of an Integrated Product;
(b) use the Product or Integrated Products to operate in or as a time-sharing, outsourcing, service bureau, hosting, application service provider or managed service provider environment;
(c) use or make available the Product or Integrated Products under a lease or rental;
(d) use or make available the Product or Integrated Products as a general search engine or pursuant to a public or open source license;
(e) modify the Product (or without limitation the source code of the Product) except as expressly permitted in Section 2.1(c); or
(f) change or delete any proprietary notices which appear in the Product.
Forbidden Uses. In using the product provided by OES, the User may not: • Use the product in any way that xxxxx OES or its affiliates, resellers, distributors and/or sellers (collectively, the "OES parties"), or any customer of an OES party; • Engage in, facilitate, or further unlawful conduct; • Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the product (or the networks connected to the product); and • Use any portion of the product as a destination linked from any unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").
