Common use of Ownership and Reuse of Documents Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Reuse of Documents. All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

Ownership and Reuse of Documents. All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor Consultant as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor Consultant shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

Ownership and Reuse of Documents. All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion or termination of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor Consultant as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor Consultant shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request. If the County modifies and/or uses the documents for any reason other than their intended use, without Consultant’s authorization, the Consultant shall be released from any liability as a result of such action.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor specifically and solely for Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed, in each case subject to Contractor’s retention of all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor Engineer as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion or termination of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor Engineer shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. County is responsible for extracting data from Contractor hosted solutions in advance on termination or cancellation. Contractor can provide support to extract all documents at a rate mutually agreed upon with the County before work begins. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

Contractor FLOCK shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 4 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All Except for work copyrighted prior to the execution of this Agreement, all documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor Comprise as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section § 3 for work performed. Contractor Comprise shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall bear no liability or responsibility for deliverables that have been modified post-delivery or used for a purpose other than that for which they were prepared under this Agreement.
