Ownership, Assignment and Recordkeeping. All Inventions shall be the exclusive property of Inspire. Executive hereby assigns all Inventions to Inspire. Executive agrees to keep accurate, complete and timely records of Executive’s Inventions, which records shall be the property of Inspire and shall be retained on Inspire’s premises.
