Common use of Ownership by Amdocs Clause in Contracts

Ownership by Amdocs. Subject to the license granted in this Section 8.2, Amdocs shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property provided by Amdocs under this Agreement that Amdocs can demonstrate constitutes Amdocs Standard Materials.
