Common use of OWNERSHIP OF COMMON AREA Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP OF COMMON AREA. An easement in the Colmon Area shall be conveyed to the Association prior to or concurrently with the conveyance of the first-Parcel to an Owner. The Association shall be deemed to have accepted the Common Area conveyed to it when (i) a grant deed of easement conveying the Common Area has been recorded in the Official Records of the County and (ii) assessments have commenced.
