Ownership of Design Materials in Termination for Cause. The Prime Consultant and General Contractor each grant title to Owner for all Design Materials prepared prior to a termination under this Section 17.3 for Owner’s use, at its discretion, for future continuation of the Project and for its future maintenance and remodeling.
