Common use of OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS. All documents, including reports, drawings, estimates, programs, manuals, specifications, and all goods or products, including intellectual property and rights thereto, purchased under this Agreement with DISTRICT funds or developed in connection with this Agreement shall be and shall remain the property of the DISTRICT and the COOPERATOR, jointly. Notwithstanding the above, all infrastructure shall be and shall remain the sole property of the COOPERATOR. This Paragraph shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
