OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS. All documents and goods or products, including the associated intellectual property rights, developed in connection with this Agreement shall be the property of the District and the Cooperator, jointly. Notwithstanding the above, all Project infrastructure shall be the sole property of the Cooperator. This Paragraph shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
