OWNERSHIP OF DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS. (A) All drawings and documents prepared in performance of this Agreement shall be delivered to and become the property of the Sponsor upon suspension, abandonment, cancellation, termination, or completion of the Consultant's services hereunder; provided, however, 1. The Consultant shall have the right to their future use with written permission of the Sponsor; 2. The Consultant shall retain its rights in its standard drawing details, designs, specifications, CADD files, databases, computer software, and any other proprietary property; and 3. The Consultant shall retain its rights to intellectual property developed, utilized, or modified in the performance of the services subject to the following:
