Utilities During Construction. In the preparation of proposed Construction Documents, the Lessee must review plans for the location of existing utilities that may be affected by any Lessee Improvements. The Lessee must obtain all necessary utility plans and permits from the appropriate public utility companies.

Utilities During Construction. Contractor shall furnish all utilities and pay for all bills for utilities used during construction. Utilities shall include electric power, fuel of any sort used for heating, etc., telephone services, cable and internet, if necessary, and water. Contractor shall provide all temporary connections to utilities when not provided by the utility company or others at no additional cost to the County. Contractor shall, if required by the County, install and maintain at his own expense, a job telephone and communications equipment necessary for the execution of the Work for the Contract Time.

Utilities During Construction. Subject to the design capacity of the Building, Landlord shall furnish, water, electricity, and elevator service, to the Leased Premises for use by Tenant’s contractors in connection with the performance of Tenant’s Work during normal business hours at a cost to Tenant as determined by Landlord. Heating, venting and air conditioning to the Leased Premises during construction will be furnished by Landlord upon written request from Tenant or Tenant’s general contractor and will be charged to Tenant at a rate as determined by Landlord per floor during those hours which Tenant or Tenant’s general contractor requests such service be provided. Landlord shall designate the method established for scheduling elevators and advise Tenant of advance notice requirements to schedule and secure elevators for use in Tenant’s Work.
Utilities During Construction. The UNIVERSITY will provide access to its electrical power source. The Contractor will make the necessary connections. Except as herein above provided and as set forth in Section 1.3.3 above, the FOUNDATION will furnish all other utilities required for completion of the project as part of the project cost. The FOUNDATION shall make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption of the utility services of the UNIVERSITY and shall coordinate with the UNIVERSITY representatives prior to the time that any connections are made, or if it is necessary to disrupt a utility service, such disruptions shall be at times designated by the UNIVERSITY to minimize the effect of any such disruptions on the remainder of the campus. The FOUNDATION shall allow the UNIVERSITY maintenance access to utility service lines as required.
