Ownership of Equipment. Except as may be agreed in writing by the owner and CERN as Host Laboratory, the delivery of Equipment to the CERN site or its handling on the CERN site shall not affect its ownership. The owner and CERN as Host Laboratory may agree in writing to transfer to CERN the ownership of Equipment which is no longer required by the Collaboration.
